STRATEGY
Our strategy aims to create a integrated solution for all stakeholders. In addition to providing good quality houses and world class infrastructure with modern techniques we emphasize on providing infrastructure and amenities for HIKES - Health, Income, Knowledge, Environment and Socio- Cultural development thus, the strategy intends to integrate the development with rest of city/area.
Our model of slum redevelopment has been a subject of studies in many colleges and universities across the world including Harvard Business School, UC Berkely, UCL Bartlett etc. It has been a subject of discussion in the boardrooms of UN Habitat, World Bank, World Urban Forum and several such institutions. Apart from improving the conditions for housing and infrastructure, our strategy aims to make informal settlements a centre of excellence- a premier destination for HIKES:

Healthcare
Access to Health care facility is right and necessity for every human being. While conceptualizing a project we emphasize that the infrastructure for health care like high quality day surgery polyclinic/Hospital are planned which will encourage better quality doctors to participate. These would include specialists in various field of medicines, providing treatment for needy patients.

Income
We emphasize providing adequate infrastructure in form of affordable commercial areas, cottage industrial estates, and facilities to house small industries as well as wide roads and ample parking spaces. We also try to plan for various institutes for training and upgrading the skills of the citizens in different fields which will help them to set up and grow their businesses hence to promote entrepreneurship. This in turn not only will develop the area with commercial establishment but also create employment opportunities for others and boost income generation.

Knowledge
Setting up state of the art educational institutes and others to impart education and training to the children is vital part of our holistic approach. This will provide opportunities for the students to get good quality education and thus become professional in different fields.

We strongly believe that our eco-friendly approach for development can become a torch bearer for eco-friendly suburbs in that city/country.
